3 Meltdown Pills
Meal 1- oatmeal w/ natural PB, splenda, 3 boiled eggs 1 w/ yolk, 2 alphalean pill
Meal 2- Muscle milk RTD

Meal 3- cantelope

Workout-30 min cardio 15 min run, 10 mins sprints (10,30sec sprintsĀ  8.5-9.3mph) 5 min cool down

Meal 4-Fish wrap (tilapia pan cooked w/ Olive oil, tomatow,cilantro lime, spinach, whole wheat wrap) 2 alpha lean pills
