3 Meltdown Pills
Meal 1- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 3 oz ground turkey made into patties, 2 eggs, 1 w/o yolk, 4 strawberries (couldn’t finish the oatmeal,full) water, 2 alpha-lean pills
Snack- 1 green apple ,natural PB
Meal 3 - 4 oz ground turkey seasoned w/ old bay, 1 whole wheat wrap, low fat cheese, tomatoes,salsa, FF sour cream, lettuce……all natural cheese puff (yes their back!) water, 2 alpha lean pills
Meal 4 -Chicken parmigiana (made my way) boneless skinless chick breast, 1/4c panko breadcrumbs, whole wheat flour, egg white (cooked like previous tenders) topped w/ 1/8c of low-fat mozzerela cheese, sprinkle of parmesan for flavor, 1/4c marinara sauce , caesar salad w/ dressing tomatoes,sprinkle Parmesan cheese, 2 alpha lean pills
Meal 5-greek yogurt w/ splena, strawberries, granola, wheat germ

2 Meltdown Pills
Meal 1- 1 1/2 c shredded wheat, 3 boiled eggs (1 w/ yolk), 2 alpha lean pills, 1 multi vitamin
Meal 2- jerk chicken breast and wing (removed skin) 1/2 sweet potato, crystal light peach tea, 2 alpha-lean pills
Snack- yoforia frozen yogurt w/ almonds slivers, pineapple,kiwi
Meal 4- Shrimp stir-fry - 14 large shrimp, mushrooms,broccoli,spinach, asian veggies, 1/2c brown rice, 2 tbsp of korean stir fry sauce (i measured so I wouldn’t drown everything in the sauce,lol) wild strawberry crystal light, 2 alpha lean pills
Haven’t worked out since friday……female issues preventing the workout, and no i’m not making a excuse, dr’s order) but hopefully i’ll be goo tomorrow!! My weight was at 187 this morning, +1lb since last week’s binging…….I’m back on it though.

Workout- 20 mins precor machine, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins interval on stairclimber level 10-15
Meal 2-Fish tacos (1 1/2 tilapia filet cooked with panko crumbs and olive oil, tomato,low fat cheese, fat free sour cream, salsa, jalepeno, Flatbread wrap) fruit, water
Snack- crystal light popsicle
Meal 3- tilapia, spanish brown rice, curry shrimp topping (from previous day)

Meal 1- 1/2 salmon panini on whole wheat, side caesar salad, unsweet tea w/ splenda
Meal 2- 1/2 salmon panini
Meal 3- OH goodness, my mom is in town and she wanted to go to PAPPADEAUX of all places, which is my favorite restaurant…….I had the best steak ever…….Filet mignon w/ creamed spinach and fried oysers on top, called the filet mignon pappadeaux…..then it came with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus…..Yeah i went all out =( but it was so damn GOOD!!

Workout- 25 mins, interval training on stair climber/ 5 mins treadmill
Meal 1- shredded wheat w/ skim milk, splenda, wheat germ, 3 turkey links,, water
Meal 2- 2 go lean waffles w/ natural pb
Meal 3- Tilapia and shrimp w/ panko bread crumbs, pan fried in olive oil. spinach, cran-raspberry juice (yeah i know)
Meal 4- leftover tilapia, shrimp

Meal 1- Red curry shrimp, (lite coconut milk, red curry paste, shrimp, bell pepper,bamboo shoots), chinese noodles (1/2 cup)
Meal 2- Whole wheat bun, w/ natural pb w/ banana
Meal 3- curry shrimp w/ brown rice
Glass of wine , crystal light popsicle (pretty good)

Meal 1- 2 golean waffles, 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, sugar free syrup, can’t believe its not butter spray
Meal 2- Shredded wheat cereal w/ 1/2 banana, skim milk, splenda, 2 egss
Meal 3- HORRIBLE- popeyes chicken (5 pc shrimp, 2 wings, handful of fries, i stayed away from the biscuit though) my date and I snuck our food in the movie, thats the only reason we went to popeyes (lack to time to dine in, so mad)

Morning-3 Meltdown Pills
Meal 1-greek yogurt w/ strawberrries,splenda,1tbsp wheat germ,granola / water
Meal 2- grilled chicken tenderloins, spinach, brown rice/ crystal light
workout-30 mins cardio (15 mins treadmill,15 mins stairs)
Meal 3- Brown rice sushi from publix, 2 steak skewers
(1 glass of riesling, 1 vodka/pineapple)
snack-2 steak skewers (about 2ozs each)

Today marks the end of week 2/beginining of week 3 of my strict diet/meltdown/workout.
3 Meltdown Pills in the morning
Meal 1- 1/2c oatmeal w/ water, blueberries,splenda,1tbsp wheat germ,strawberries. (couldn’t finish it all though) 1 egg, water
about 1 hour later i ate my other egg….
Meal 2- 1/2 of a 6inch sandwich (whole wheat bun,spicy mustard,deli turkey/ham,onions,tomato, lettuce) water
Workout-
Warm-up treadmill 5 mins..followed by 50 jumps
Back/Biceps
4sets lat pulldown (12,10,10,12),superset w/ 50 jumps w/ jump rope
low pulley row 4 sets (12,12,12,12)
Incline bench DB flyes 5 sets of 10 using 10lbs DB superset w/ BB curls superset w/ 50 jumps
One arm row on cable machine-2 sets 12
Meal 3- 2nd half of sandwich from earlier, 1 egg, water
Snack-pretzel crisp w/ natural pb water
Dinner-unknown
ok so i’m looking in the mirror this morning and I realized more than ever how badly I want my breast done, its soooo depressing looking at my poor boobies after losing all this weight, unfortunately I cannot afford a breast augmentation due to the fact i’m trying to go to medical school soon. Its not fair, I NEVER had the boobs I should have, first it was bc i was overweight so they were big but saggy, then now the are deflated and droopy, dammit i’m 25 i should have the bomb ass breast, these are my good years before babies!!! so pissed…… any docs out there wanna do a pro bono? =) donate to the "I need 25 yr old boobs" fund ….lol
