Im absolutely EXHAUSTED from today’s leg workout, here’s how the day went….
Breakfast- 1/2 c oatmeal prepared w/ water, dried cranberries, sugar free maple syrup, for sweetness, 3 pcs turkey bacon
Gym- 10 min warm-up on treadmill at 10% incline @ 3.0mph
Smith Machine Squats- 4 sets 30 reps @ 50lbs (2-25lb plates) superset w/ deadlifts @40lb (4 ten lb plates)
WALKING LUNGES- length of gym(about 25 step) w/10lbs DBs, superset with Wall squats (walk one length,walk squat 30secs,walk back= 1 set) 3 sets total
Leg ext-3 sets of 20 @ 60lbs
Hip adduction/abduction superset- 3 set of 30
25 Mins cardio on the precor- steady state, last 7 mins intervals, 30 sec all out effort and 30sec recovery
Snack-pretzel crisp w/ 2tbsp guacamole
Chicken stir-fry - Chicken breast w/ stir fry veggies, 3/4c brown rice, water
Dinner- Homemade soup (quite delicious) Made w/ fat free chicken broth, frozen veggies for soup (celery,okra,tomato,corn,potatoes,green beans,) about 8 oz of chicken breast cooked in the broth. seasoned w/ black and red pepper, and cajun spice….mmmm good!
Snack-Apple with 1 tbsp of natural pb water..
