Week 1
Sunday, January 25th, 2009Just finished week 1, and i’m down 4lbs!! I ate perfectly clean besides one drink i had last night, and I feel back on track. I have to reach my goal,170-175 and or 20% bodyfat. There’s a race that I will start training for called the peachtree road race on july 4,2009. It is a 10K race and I think having a goal which tests your physical dedication and mental commitment is something that i need. Not only will I accomplish those two but doing so will help me to shed these last stubborn pounds. Wish me luck! Goal for next week 2 lbs!
