Today was an ok day, besides being upset w/ the boyfriend, I didn’t lose focus and pig out.
Breakfast-
3 Hydroxycut max pills
Low sugar oatmeal (cinnamon) prepared w/ soymilk
2 eggs w/ 2 egg whites cooked with green onion and turkey sausage
Water w/ 3 abdominal cut pills
Lunch-
4:00 Peanut butter jelly sandwich made with natural peanut butter, and sugar free strawberry preserves on whole wheat bread….(my fave!!)
3 hydroxycut pills
Pilates at 7pm for 1 hour
ok i did make tacos for dinner since i had company
But for myself I used lean ground turkey (93/7), fat free sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa and sprinkle of cheese, not terribly bad, but I’m good.
I’m trying to increase my meals, I just haven’t been extremely hungry since i started playing ball again, only time i’m famished is in the morning once i wake up. But i will squeeze a snack or too in today. I must admit since working out and eating clean since monday, I feel lighter, stomach is flatter, and I look less pudgey, hopefully losing some water weight.
Plenty of water
