Wednesday 11/12/08 Meals

Breakfast-

1 serving of hydroxycut

Brekfast sandwich-

4 pc. turkey bacon,

3 egg whites

salsa, sprinkle of asiago cheese

2pc of whole wheat toast

 

Lunch- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (made my healthy way),1 apple w/pb , 1 serving of abdominal cuts

Gym to play bball- 3 hours (exhausted)

Dinner- Corn beef sandwich on rye bread

Today was an ok day, besides being upset w/ the boyfriend, I didn’t lose focus and pig out.

Breakfast-

3 Hydroxycut max pills

Low sugar oatmeal (cinnamon) prepared w/ soymilk

2 eggs w/ 2 egg whites cooked with green onion and turkey sausage

Water w/ 3 abdominal cut pills

Lunch-

4:00 Peanut butter jelly sandwich made with natural peanut butter, and sugar free strawberry preserves on whole wheat bread….(my fave!!)

3 hydroxycut pills

Pilates at 7pm for 1 hour

ok i did make tacos for dinner since i had company

But for myself I used lean ground turkey (93/7), fat free sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa and sprinkle of cheese, not terribly bad, but I’m good.

I’m trying to increase my meals, I just haven’t been extremely hungry since i started playing ball again, only time i’m famished is in the morning once i wake up. But i will squeeze a snack or too in today. I must admit since working out and eating clean since monday, I feel lighter, stomach is flatter, and I look less pudgey, hopefully losing some water weight.

Plenty of water

AHHH my body hurts

Yesterday I played ball (basketball) for the first time since tearing my ankle ligament in may 2007. My ass, legs, lower back, abs, chest, ankles, feet, hell even elbows hurt lol (j/p about the elbows) OMG its been a long time, oh but i was still killen though on the court. My boyfriend tells me after my trip to texas for 3 weeks, that I’m looking a little pudgy in the lower back area……grrrrr!! I’m gonna use that as motivation, I have gained some weight back though, I can tell in the stomach and lower back area, and my face. No biggy, I’m focused again and ready to work! I admit I’ve been eating everything i wanted for the past couple months so its no suprise. Today I did the stair climber intervals for 20 mins, and the elliptical for 10. But i think i’m headed back to play some ball.

Current weight somewhere between 186-188

Goal for next weigh in- 2lbs

ROUND 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I been MIA since June, thought I was just sexy enough to stop blogging lol. Ok so here’s round two, and I’m ready for the rest of the weight to come off, its cold which means sweaters, jeans and boots baby, I get to cover up until spring, great time to push hard!! My weight is around 187 Not soooooooooo bad, but definately not good. I bought some hydroxycut max today, and I’m taking that along with my omega oil blend. Here’s the plan

Cardio 5-6 days/weeks

weights 3-5 days/ week

DIET-

same as before, good carbs, lean protein, veggies, WATER!!

Goal for this weeks 2 lbs!
