Ok week ten ended crappy, friday my co-workers and I went to lunch at olive garden, although I didn’t eat too bad (had garden salad, 4 stuffed mushrooms, 3 toasted ravioli, and aboutu 7 pcs of calamari) then i gave the rest to my co-workers bc 1. I was full, and 2. i didn’t want to take it home to eat later. My co-workers know i’m trying to get in shape and lose weight, but this is all i heard " OMG you didn’t eat anything, who eats just a salad, You’re too hard on yourself"….and they’re saying this as they eat the 5 cheese stuffed rigatoni with sausage, which in my head sounds like "5 different full fat cheeses stuffed in a pocket of insulin spiking carbs, with trans fat infested processed sausage" you try thinking that in your head, Betcha wouldn’t eat it, lol. But anywho, That night we watched the game, and this is where I ate 4 pcs of a small personal pizza, and had a drink. Then sat, my friend got married, so of course the repception had finger food, and cake….then after the wedding we all went to fridays where i indulged in 2 fish tacos ( didn’t eat the tortillas) and a nasty Mojito. I don’t feel overly bloated or disgusted today which is good, but I’ll weigh in next week to be on the safe side, i took measurements, ya girl is still shrinking!! WOOhOO. Ok so since i didn’t weigh in this week my goal for next week in 181, which from my last weigh in I was 185, that would be 4 lbs in two weeks, i can do it.
Alright so gotta tighten up, My deadline of May 31st 175 is right around the corner, no more cheating, no cheat meals, no drinking NOTHING!! GO HARD Or GO HOME!! 10 lbs to go, 27 days!
OH YEA FYI: I ASKED ONE OF MY TRAINER FRIENDS AT THE GYM, WHEN USING THE HANDHELF FAT ANALYZER, SHOULD I USE TO NORMAL SETTING OR THE ATHLETE SETTING. HE SAID I SHOULD USE ATHLETE SETTING, BECAUSE I’M NOT NEW TO WORKING OUT OR SEDETARY. SO NEXT WEEK WHEN YOU NOTICE THE DRASTIC CHANGE IN BODYFAT %, I’M USING TO ATHLETE SETTING FROM NOW ON. I THINK LAST WEEK IT WAS 26% ON NORMAL MODE BUT ATHLETE MODE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 24.7
