Ok so saturday was my cheat day, breakfast i had 1 cup of golean and turkey sausage. then for lunch/dinner, i went to pappadeaux seafood and we split a pappadeaux platter (whole plate of fried foods: shrimp, crawfish,oyster,scallops) along with french fries and fried alligator, followed with two strong frozen drinks. BAD IDEA, I felt sooooo sick for the rest of the day, i felt as if i was gonna puke, and i was on the toilet, the whole nine, never a gain am i going to abuse cheat day, not worth the stomach cramps. But sunday i got my butt in the gym and sweated everything out… On to week 4!

Ok completed week 3 and only 1lb weight lost, but 0.8% bodyfat lost! Can’t beat that, its not always about the scale. I’m still focused and eating healthy Sun-thru Fri, protein shakes, salads, veggies, the whole nine! AND GOING TO THE GYM!!!But today is the day for a cheat meal!! yay! I’m down 6 pounds from 3 weeks ago, so its good i’m keeping a 2lb weight loss/week, May 31st revealing here I come.

Ok its been two weeks of eating clean/ training, and i’ve lost 5 lbs!!!! woohooo, even with this week i only worked out 2-3 times, (work and class) but I ate clean and still lost 1.5lbs. Its so true……..80% of losing weight is with diet. Week 3 i’m going to turn up the training, trying to lift weights 5 days and cardio 3-5 days. I’m going to give the hugo rivera training plan a try. I lift weights at the most 2-3 days. I always used cardio for weight loss, but now i will use weight training as the primary and cardio as an additional fat burn. Im keeping my food log current and really I haven’t had ANY cravings, if anything Lipo-6x really helps with cravings. Before, when training and dieting, I would have all types of sweet cravings at night, EVERY night. But with lipo-6x I feel satiety. On to week 3!!!! goal 1-2 lbs.

After slacking off through the holidays, my weight crept up to 197. So on 2/24/08 I began my grind again. and after 1 week of eating clean taking lipo-6x, and working out 5 days (3 weight/ days, 2 cardio) i lost 3.5 lbs, good start. on to week 2!!!!! Lipo-6x gives me alot of energy, its noticeable.
