Feeling GREAT

Everytime I look in the mirror (front view, back view, side view) I swear i’m shrinking, which is a good thing. I can see my little "rolls" dissapearing from the back, while my definition in the abs is coming through. I really can’t understand where all this dedication came from, yesterday i drove to the gym as always, but when i walk through the door i thought to myself "dang i don’t wanna be here"…..lol right then I realized how much i’m there(mon-sat) and for a split second i was frustrated, but i walked on in and got to work!!! the devil tried to hold me back but I kicked him off !!! lol. Anywho, the weight is steadily going down, even though last week was 1/2lbs , fellas cover your ears but, it was because of that time of the month, retained some bloatage lol.

Over did it or not?

Ok so today was cardio day…….I do my cardio in the morning, but instead of doing the treadmill for about 40mins I decided to do the precor machine with high interval sprints. I warmed up for about 10 mins then 30 secs as fast as I could move my legs (90-95% MHR)followed by 2 mins at moderate/high (75-85%), I did that 6 times, my legs were DONE!!. then i did steady state for a little longer to complete 30 mins.  But then tonight I wanted to do more cardio and play B-ball. So i went to open gym and my team and I played for 1 1/2 hours straight (because we didn’t lose)!!!! I burned 1150 cal while playing!!! WOOHOO, and 415 cals this morning. Now i’m completely drained.!!!

My meals were as follows:

1.Go lean crunch, soymilk, banana (after morning workout)

2.Black bean chili (recipe from oxygen, healthy) over 1/2cup of brown rice

3. more black bean chili over 1/2cup brown rice

***After workout***

4. Saute flank steak strips, and shrimp with garlic and onions in olive oil, with spinach….no carbs

Chili recipe: Lean ground turkey, black beans, onions, garlic, chili poweder, with water…………pretty simple!!!

 

Did i over do it with the cardio, because I haven’t felt this drained since basketball season after a game.

GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

Alright so I’m trying to amp myself up even more, its Monday morning the day after a cheat day, gotta go work off this food!!! Today is cardio day so I’ll probably do some interval training on the treadmill, and my ab bootcamp i got from this website. Breakfast will be 5 egg white with one egg, with bell pep, onions, jalepenos and turkey sausage, baked and 1 pc of toast or 1/2 swt potato, ,haven’t decided on my carb yet……… Wish me luck!!
