I’m on the 17th day of the body for life challenge, and there were a few times where I slipped up and ate something I wasn’t suppose to (girl scout cookies, pizza, boneless wings) its not that bag because I balanced it out by skipping my freeday( a day where you can eat something you want). For the past couple of days I’ve been waking up 0.5lbs lighter. If I keep this up, thats about 3 lbs a week, which will surely bring me to my goal of a sexy 170-175! Bikini shopping here I come!!
