Ok i just finished watching Extreme pigouts on the travel channel and i’m blown away in disbelief of one diner they featured called ‘The heat-attack clinic ". Where their specialty are hamburgers named after heart procedures.
1. single bypass- 1 patty 2. double-bypass=2 patties 3.triple-bypass- 3 patties and of course you guessed it quadruple bypass=4 patties.
And get this: each burger bun is slathered with pure "LARD" yes lard, not butter or oil……LARD!!!!!! which is their trademark.
THEN to make matters worse they have a "FRY bar" instead of a salad bar……an all you can eat fry bar…you walk up and refill your fries if they are low…………and EVEN MORE WORSE- the fries are cooked in pure LARD!!! ughhhhhh.
if you’re not disguted by now then you will after you hear this great incentive they have………."ANYONE OVER 350LBS EATS FOR FREE EVERYDAY" lolololololol……HUH?????!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ?!?! Wow so if i weigh above 350 (yes they have a scale there) then i will be able to eat lard infused,cholesterol spiking,artery clogging,heartache enabling, diabetic initiatiating FOOD???!?!?! The nerve of this diner to even be open, and how dumb could people get by eating at this disguting place???
then they have the audacity to have two customers, one weighing 364lbs laughing saying "me and my buddy get to eat for free" ummm too bad you may not live the next 5 years, but hey as long as you can eat for free then who cares right?
oh and if you finish a quadruple bypass burger one of the nurse dressed waitresses wheel you out in a wheelchair to your car SMH….. And the restaurant was started by a guy who used to be some type of doctor, he says this is what the people want so i will give it to them………enough said (puking)

Tomorrow is my first day on the EFD plan of Team Poynter! WOOHOOO I’m excited to have structure in my eating and workout, and even more excited to see some results. My last chosen meal was a cheeseburger w/ fries…(mmmm) from Jim n nicks bbq. It was ok, i really wanted sushi but it was storming down here today. Tomorrow= day1……..bought some good ole protein; nitro core 24……I won’t began with a fat burner, but maybe after week 1 or 2 i will began cellucor D4 extreme, i’ve seen a few people on here taking the supplements and at GNC today, they literally had 1 can left, i asked them are they really selling that good? the lady goes oh yes, we can’t keep them here, we’re hoping for a shipment on monday….
Beginning stats weight-193(first day of cycle) bodyfat-25.8 …..
Ideally i want to be around 19-20% bodyfat, not too slim bc i do like a little thickness, just toned thickness (guys know what i mean lol)…. If that can put me around 170 then that would be great, but no less than 165.
I will need all the support i can get, so wish me luck bc here i go!!!!!!

I stepped on the scale and nearly pissed myself. 190….then i thought man this is BS, scale must be reading wrong so I stepped on it a few more times, 190,188,188,187.3,190,190,192…. I stopped after that damn 192 popped up. I’m thinking to myself I feel slim and light (which is a great indication that I’m losing lbs) But then I realized I haven’t had my period in a min,….so i did the calculation and low and behold it is do tomorrow (4/5) which is actually today bc i’m writing this blog late, she came so i’m not worried about that damn scale, i always gain right before PHewww! I know.TMI lol I will weigh in after day 14, next Tuesday.
Oh and I cannot walk a lick!! My legs are soo friggin sore its ridiculous…I mean i work legs everyday but its parts of my legs that I forgot could hurt like this…kudos to Preach the trainer! God forbid I drop something bc i’m NOT picking it up lol

2 lipodrene pills
1 slice ww toast w/ natural pb, 1 boiled egg, water
Workout- 5 mins cardio run warm-up,
Curcuit training(legs)-
Circuit 1- 3 sets 10/15/15,side lunges w/10lb weight, leg press , single leg step ups 20lb DB
Circuit 2- 3 sets 15/10 lying leg curls, ham curl w/ donkey calf machine (don’t ask lol)
Circuit 3- 3 sets 20/20 seated leg ext, seated leg curls
Donkey calf raises- 3 sets 20
MEal 2- shrimp/chicken/turk sausage boil w/ corn and red potatoes, brown rice

I uped the dose to the full dosage which is 2 pills in the morning
Snack 1- 1 apple
Workout- 50min outdoor run/walk
snack2- 1 apple
Meal 1-1 whole wheat pita bread topped w/ ground turkey sausage, 3 eggs (2 w/o yolk) tomato and onion, lf cheese, water w/ 2 alpha lean, 1 multi, 1 iron pill
snack- watermelon
Meal 2- shredded wheat w/ splenda and skim milk, 1/2 banana
Meal 3- 4 mini pita cirles topped w/ ff cheese, turkey slice, tomato
Meal 4- side salad from chick-fil-a 2 strips, grilled chicken, diet lemonde, 2 alphalean, 1 multi
I really tried to meet a good caloric intake, I have no appetite taking the lipodrene.

Workout 2- chest/triceps- chest press 4 sets 15,12,10,8,6….DB chest press 20lb 3 set 15,12,10 superset w/ DB flye 5lbs 10 reps superset w/ DB tricep ext. 15lb 12reps. Machine dips- 3 set 8
Meal 3- 1 apple w/ natural PB
Meal 4- baked chicken breast w/olive oil,lemon,garlic,seasoning.3 capari tomatoes roasted w/parm.ramono cheese,salt pepper parsley. Brussels sprouts (5) 1/2-3/4 cup brown rice. water 2 alpha lean pills, 1 multi vitamin,iron pill

Workout- first day of running outside (1 mile warm-up followed w/ interval sprints up a HUGE Hill ,10 sets)
Snack- multi-grain tortilla chips, ff salsa
Meal3- 2 tilapia filets cooked in olive oil and panko, caesar salad, chicken broth soup, water, 2 alphalean pills, 1 multi vitamin
Meal 4- 1 gala apple, PB multi-grain tortillas chips

Meal 3- cantelope
Workout-30 min cardio 15 min run, 10 mins sprints (10,30sec sprints 8.5-9.3mph) 5 min cool down
Meal 4-Fish wrap (tilapia pan cooked w/ Olive oil, tomatow,cilantro lime, spinach, whole wheat wrap) 2 alpha lean pills
