I begin 5×5 workout again
I begin 5×5 workout again (First time - started in Dec 2006 to Feb 2007 and it has given me excellent results).
Now, i increase calories rate from 2500 to 3300 and protein level to 300 gr per day in my daily food.
My favorite exercise - Bench press in variants and fav Bodyparts - Chest and Abs.
With impatience I wait for progress in my trainings!!!
