So I have home for like three months now and I have been continuing my work out schedule and things have been progressing nicely. However I have been slacking off hardcore on this site so I’ll give a little update. Not much new in the world of lifting. I have been lifting pretty heavy latley, but the only thing that has come from that is that I am getting stronger. I have been trying to put on mass but all I seem to be doing is staying lean, which isnt too bad I guess. Oh well I guess I would rather be lean and strong then over weight.

Hell yeah so today is my first day back in the states! The plane ride back home sucked, but I am so pupmed to be out of Iraq! I got up pretty early this morning and hit the gym. I had great workout and I feel absolutely fantastic. I will get some body shots up on here this week!

OK so I am about a week out from coming home and I am dreading the plane ride. Don’t get me wrong I am glad that I will be leaving this place but there isnt much room to work out on a plane stuffed with soldiers. I am seeing definete progrees in the gym here and I almost wich I could fly home in the gym instead of the plane ha. I have this awesome work out routine that I just started and I can’t wait to get home and really blast it hard. I have a good three months before I go on vacation so we will see how I progress between now and then.

So I have been blasting my abs latley, usually about three times a week, and I have also been doing cardio and eating as healthy as I can, but to no avail. I can definetely see some definition but that stubborn last bit of fat just over the muscles is still clinging on for dear life! I just started taking Lipo6 so we will see how it goes!
