Update

I am just entering the third trimester and I am gearing up for the marathon… labour. I don’t want to be unfit and unable, so I am looking for ways to boost my endurance…hopefully some research in the coming weeks will help. I hope everyone is doing well. Things sure changed around here. I am due in June so by July I hope to be back! I have gained 35lbs so far and I want it all off by the time I am by August so I am staying focused and far far away from eating crap. I also hope breasfeeding would help me too!

    Swim! It is the #1 excercise for moms to be. It is low impact and works wonders on your body when it comes to making labor easier. You will pop that baby out without even realizing it.

    Good luck! Breastfeeding will definately help. You can burn up to 500 cals a day breast feeding, the catch is you don’t want to cut your cals too much or you will lose your milk. Keep your cals between 2200-1800, eat clean and train hard and you will drop. I can’t wait to get back at it myself. I am such a fatty right now. I am 27 weeks and gearing up for the third trimester myself. Trying not to gain too much more weight docs orders. Do you know what you are having?
