			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today I did shoulders and back. I started doing pull ups and I can fill the muscles in back bulging. I never felt that before but then again I never did pull ups before. I noticed that each year I add something to my exercise routine that improves my physique even more. I always used the excuse of having long arms to prevent me from doing pull ups but when I saw a video of Quincy Taylor (who&#8217;s 6&#8242;4&quot;) and Toney Freeman (who&#8217;s 6&#8242;2&quot;) do them with no problem that&#8217;s when I started to get my act together and stop making excuses. I&#8217;ve been doing them for a month now and I can tell that I&#8217;m getting stronger each week by adding two extra reps.</p>
<p>Ok I was going to talk about Muay Thai but I&#8217;m tired and I think I&#8217;m gonna go to be early tonight. I really worked my ass off in the gym today.</p>

I&#8217;m still in contest prep mode and I&#8217;m not really in the mood to binge on traditional thanksgiving meals. So my cheat meal tomorrow will be my favorite cheat meal&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.OATMEAL PANCAKES!!!! For those of you who followed me on my journey last year noticed that I love having breakfast food as my cheat meal. I either have pancakes, waffles, french toast or several egg &amp; cheese biscuits. Mmmmmm! Since I was half assing with my diet the first two weeks of this month I decided to not allow a cheat meal until I got my act together. I finally got my act together two weeks ago and now I&#8217;m 100% in the game.</p>
<p>Ok, I&#8217;m gonna have to cut this one shot because I&#8217;m pressed for time. I&#8217;ll be back later to talk about my Muay Thai class last night.</p>

<p>I was gone for damn near three days but now I&#8217;m back. Being a one woman show has it&#8217;s good points and down points. The good thing is that I get paid all the money earned because I scratch out the middle man. The bad things is that when things break down or websites go on the blitz I have to drop everything and handle it personally. Why? Because I don&#8217;t have a middle man to do it for me. But no worries because I believe in that old saying &quot;If you want something done right you have to do it yourself.&quot;</p>
<p>So I&#8217;m on week four of my contest diet and the fat is slowly melting away. I&#8217;ll be taking progress pictures next week to show off my improvements. I&#8217;m looking forward to that. Soon I&#8217;m going to prepare my gym back for Muay Thai today and then eat my 3rd meal. I have more to say but I&#8217;m press for time.</p>
<p>Just wanted to let you all know that I&#8217;m alive and still kickin&#8217;</p>

<p>Tomorrow is arms and I&#8217;ve been sticking with my cardio every morning. At first I was doing it for 5 days a week but now it turned into a habit so what was 5 days a week turned into 7 days a week. I don&#8217;t have a problem with doing morning cardio because that&#8217;s the time when I get to think about my day. It&#8217;s very relaxing. I know that&#8217;s hard to believe but my morning cardio is relaxing. Meh? Go figure.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today is the first day that I FINALLY switched mentally to prep mode. Guess what I did? Remember that last jar of PB I was gonna savor for the next week and not buy anymore? Well I threw that sh*t away! Yup, I threw a brand new jar of peanut butter in the trash. I picked it up, looked at it, cussed it out, opened it and then proceed to dump it in the trash. BYE BYE YOU EVIL DOER!!!!!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;m doing this in the third week of my prep. I never been this way. Every contest prep I started and ended with 100% dedication but this time I cheat the first two weeks with PB and almonds. Now I am there mentally so no more worries about cheating anymore.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I opened my last jar of Peanut Butter today and I told myself to enjoy it because we won&#8217;t have anymore. So since I know that this is my last jar I&#8217;m actually savoring it instead of going overboard with it like I did last week. I&#8217;m not cheating with it and only have 1 tablespoon with my protein shake instead of having two or three. Even though I&#8217;m behaving with this stuff I am going to stick to my guns and make this my last jar.</p>
<p>So Muay Thai was awesome today. I sparred with a guy who was 6&#8242;7&quot;!!!!!! He popped me in the eye and my contact lenses fell out. While I was putting it back in my trainer thought I was hurt and so did the rest of the class but I calmed their fears by saying &quot;I&#8217;m OK guys. My contact lenses popped out&quot;. I thought it was so cool that everyone was so concerned for me. Even though I consider myself a &quot;tomboy&quot; in the class I guess the rest of the guys don&#8217;t see it that way. How nice!</p>
<p>I talked to Keith today and he agreed that I rolled relaxed and did a very good job. He said that instead of dropping BJJ training completely until I finish competing that I should just learn technique and don&#8217;t roll afterward.  DON&#8217;T ROLL AFTERWARD??? Me? Don&#8217;t roll after learning a new technique? Pfft! That&#8217;s like putting chocolate cake in my mouth and asking me not to chew. I can&#8217;t come to a BJJ class and not roll. So you know what? I&#8217;ll just play it by ear. If I feel that I can hang in BJJ (which I doubt will ever happen) I&#8217;ll come to the class, otherwise I&#8217;ll just double up on my Muay Thai.</p>
<p>Ok, well I just finished my protein shake for the day so now I&#8217;m going to head to bed.</p>
