Leg Day
Thursday, June 26th, 2008Today was leg day and I did them with my friend "AJ". I realized that I don’t need a personal trainer (especially since all of the ones I had sucked). What I need is a good workout partner. I know how to train myself but when you workout alone you tend to BS more. When I workout with one of the guys from my ghetto gym I REALLY get a good workout.
I also decided to include my calf exercises in with my leg workout. I usually separate them but I noticed when I do that I don’t want to do them at all. This cut is sooooooo different then my first one. Right now I’m already 169lbs and my comp isn’t until August 9th. Hmmmm? I just remembered something. I need to start taking progress pics again. I think I’ll do that next week.
I’m going to also look into that creatine that bull.dogz was talking about. So far I still have great strength with my weights so I want to keep that up as much as possible. I really really really really really really really don’t want to be 155lbs for the next comp.
