Back at it again.
Not really back at working out again. I have been killing myself but I have been slacking and MIA on this site. I need to update my profile and get in touch with my "friends" again. Progress report - I am now down 51.5 lbs. Yeah! Everyone is commenting - LOVE that! I’m feeling great but have hit a plateau - argh! I broke down and hired a personal trainer back in December, I work with him 3 days a week. I am also doing kickboxing 2 days a week and usually cardio of some sort most other days. Looking forward to chatting with everyone again!
