6 meals a day!…Ugh!
I am really struggling to get six meals in each day. I am so busy at work sometimes it is lunch time before I realize it. It seems like soo much food. I know I’m not getting enough calories (and sometimes the wrong kind of calories!) but it seems impossible to eat this much. I have totally hit a plateau and it sucks. I haven’t lost anything for about 4 weeks now, only the couple that I managed to put back on. I have backed off on the workouts a little but not enough to justify this plateau. The only thing I can figure is the calories. Had kickboxing tonight and a great conversation with the instructor afterwards. She says more calories….ughhhhh! She’s right, I know. This is so frustrating. I’m working my ass off but the ass isn’t going anywhere! LOL!

You will get there my beautiful friend. I promise. 6 meals a day is the best way. I love WW, but I swear by the 6 meals a day. Give it time…..and make sure the nutrition is there
