crash and burn!
I suck! I did sooo well this weekend. Lots of cardio….12 miles walking in two days. Felt great then ruined it today. Absolutely did not eat "clean" today. After school event with the kid and no time for proper food. Dang and double dang!! Starting another day tomorrow. Kickboxing after work, should make it a double session! : )

Maybe crash but not burn. Everyone falls, the only thing that matters is that you get up. Great job on the 16 btw. An accomplishment in itself. Stick with it and remember you are only human and we slip sometimes, its gonna happen.

Remember "majority rules". It sounds like you did an excellent job the other days, that wasn’t in vein, it definitely had to do something for you. Just get back on track tomorrow, the sooner the better.
