6 meals a day!…Ugh!

I am really struggling to get six meals in each day. I am so busy at work sometimes it is lunch time before I realize it. It seems like soo much food. I know I’m not getting enough calories (and sometimes the wrong kind of calories!) but it seems impossible to eat this much. I have totally hit a plateau and it sucks. I haven’t lost anything for about 4 weeks now, only the couple that I managed to put back on. I have backed off on the workouts a little but not enough to justify this plateau. The only thing I can figure is the calories. Had kickboxing tonight and a great conversation with the instructor afterwards. She says more calories….ughhhhh! She’s right, I know. This is so frustrating. I’m working my ass off but the ass isn’t going anywhere! LOL!

I suck! I did sooo well this weekend. Lots of cardio….12 miles walking in two days. Felt great then ruined it today. Absolutely did not eat "clean" today. After school event with the kid and no time for proper food. Dang and double dang!! Starting another day tomorrow. Kickboxing after work, should make it a double session! : )

Wow! This site is amazing. There is soooo much information and all the members are absolutely inspiring. My kickboxing instructor recommended this site and I am hooked! My fitness journey officially began on January 7, 2008. So far I have lost 16 pounds. It’s great but I have many more to go. I have been going to school for the past five years and have really put on the pounds. Can you say STRESS eating?!?!?! Oh well, school is done now and I have no more excuses. This is the beginning, I am just getting started. I am looking forward to taking this journey! Thanks for everyone’s support.
