Thursday June 26th,
Well, this is the last week of my 8 week routine. I quit the full body workout and went back to a 3 day split because the full body routine just wasn’t doing it for me. I also quit trying to cut or bulk and just started eating better. Went ahead and trimmed up the body hair(got tired of looking like a human chia pet)…wow didn’t realize how itchy it would be. Oh well, I think it looks better, I guess I will let everyone else decide that. New pics will be posted this weekend. It’s funny how you feel like you want more progress to show before you actually post new pics, but that’s ok. As long as I am moving forward(taking off the beltline and adding more definition and muscle) then it’s ok. I’m in it for the long haul….
It should be interesting to see if there is any difference, I know my pants are fitting looser now and I think I see more definition through my chest and shoulders…..
