Currently at 95Kgs. Strength kind of gave up on me. But still training as hard as possible. I’m going to continue to cut until i reach my goal, ordering some stuff from bb.com soon. That should help. Also I’m most qurious WHY things like caffeine, NO explode and other products with a slight stimulatory effect don’t affect me…. Any Ideas?

2 weeks training and fixing nutrition

Diet is being re-programmed. Currently at around 100Kg. Some definition is coming back and things look bigger. Trying to lose the fat without really losing my shape. Still looking for the optimum nutrition plan for me. First week was fully low carb and a small break at the weekend, where i had some oats and some pasta. This week i had a carb up in the middle of the week and one at the end. So it looks like WEND and SAT are carb days. Got new pics posted.

Week 1. Diet is mostly comprised of proteins a few fats and minimum carbs. Trying to eat 6 meals a day. Cardio in the morning, weights in the afternoon. Progress pics will be uploaded weekly. currently looking like SH*T but by the time July comes in I’ll in top performance again. I really miss my old physique. Lets see if i can get it back

BACK ON IT!!

Time to set the record straight. It’s been a year and a half since i last tried to bring down the bodyfat levels. Currently at 104.5 Kgs i can guess 10kgs of fat should go. That would make me 94Kgs. I have till the 21st of July to get into the best shape possible. I just started superseting, chest-back, quads-hams, bicep-tricep, shoulders-calves. I’m going for explosive contractions and slower releases, really get my strength and size into place. Also starting morning cardio. Goal is to get the heart pumping. I’ve been off supplements for around 3 months. Planing to get some new stock from BB.com. LET’S KICK IT INTO OVERDRIVE!!! Will be posting updates weekly.
