Wednesday, April 29th, 2009Week 1. Diet is mostly comprised of proteins a few fats and minimum carbs. Trying to eat 6 meals a day. Cardio in the morning, weights in the afternoon. Progress pics will be uploaded weekly. currently looking like SH*T but by the time July comes in I’ll in top performance again. I really miss my old physique. Lets see if i can get it back
