Finally

Wow, I’m actually writing a blog. Haven’t done this kind of thing in a while so go easy on me…

Guess I should start with my morning. Got up like a good girl at 6… okay 6:30… and made my breakfast. Yummy! Cleaned the house, washed the dishes, picked-up after my brothers, made breakfast (which nobody ate, and I’m a damn good cook, seriously, they’re just spoiled and slept in caus there wasn’t any school today), did laundry, cleaned the kitchen, fed the pets, and sat down. Guess I don’t need morning workouts…

But I made a promise to myself I would go out. So I went for a 4 mile with running up hills and walking down the slopes. Then I did some jumproping caus I could, and I shouldn’t have caus now I’m addicted. Had a blueberry protein shake and did homework and other stuff for 6 hours. Inbetween having Lunch.

Then at 3 I decided to do strength training. So I started off with practicing kicks and punches… I’m trying to get my fighting groove back before signing up for tae kwon do again… so thats 5 different kicks 20 times with 100 jumpropes inbetween them. Next were 3 dif punches and 4 dif blocks, along with 200 jumpropes. After that I did arms, shoudlers, chest, core, and WAS goign to do legs but my bro left me hanging… he’s the only one who can spot me since I cant lift 70 lbs above my head for squats. Yet ;)  

I had my shake, took a shower and now am about to go eat dinner so later.

    Wow, thats some energy you have in the morning…While I was reading your morning routine I was thinkin, ‘Damn, I can barely even have the energy to make a good breakfast, let alone clean my place, and do the dishes right after…’ Thats pretty shitty that no one ate your breakfast. They’ll wish they appreciated you more while they had you once their out on their own and having to make their own meals. Or they can choose the easy way and just have fast food every day.

    Your right about the 70lbs. Maybe you can’t do them now, but it’ll come to ya.

    Keep that motivation ya got going. I hope this was going ‘easy’ on ya since you just started blogging again….haha
