Selena Gomez just released Kiss and Tell, her debut album with her band the Scene. The 17-year-old actress has already made a career for herself as the star of the hit Disney Channel series "The Wizards of Waverly Place" and now hopes to follow in the footsteps of fellow House of Mouse personalities Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and the ,a xhref="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jonas_brothers/artist.jhtml" mce_href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jonas_brothers/artist.jhtml">Jonas Brothers into music stardom. Her album features writing assists from some top collaborators, but the most compelling track on the record is her cover of the excellent Fefe Dobson song "As a Blonde." When Gomez sat down with MTV News to discuss the album, she talked about how much she loves Dobson — and how much she always wanted to have a different hair color growing up.
