The Latest!

December 1, 2007

My weight has gone up 2lbs this week due to a binge on chocolate and Special K on Friday. I feel bad for it but I don’t think it has done me that much harm.

I have just finished my 12 week Body For Life Challenge and I would well recommend it to anyone who wants motivation to stick to a diet and training programme.

Over the 12 weeks my body fat dropped from 19.5% to 7.0% and I lost 44lbs. I’m going to keep dieting until I have completed 15 weeks then start gaining some quality muscle.

Thats all I’ve been up to, happy training. Glen.

The latest on me.

October 28, 2007

My weight is still dropping but has leveled out nicely now…..between 2 and 3lbs a week are coming off. My strength has hit a level too.

I’m still focused on getting shredded for my photo-shoot on December the 15th….but I’m also looking forward to "bulking up" for 18 months starting in January.

My diet will be kept the same but I will eat a lot more of it and add red meat once a day.

That’s me for this fortnight.

Glen

Improving strength…eh??

October 14, 2007

I’ve been dieting for just over 6 weeks now. I have lost strength though….If I still have the same muscle mass then surely my strength should not be affected, however, the lack of carbs has lowered mt energy levels.

Going into week 7 of my diet I have lowered my carbs again, now I only consume 88gms a day, yet my strength is creeping back up again. Is this down to muscle memory, determination, lack of fat or what?

How can I be eating less food, be more tired, do more cardio and still improve my strength?

My concern  is that I will end up going "pop" and find myself with fatigue or something.

I need some advice from you guys?
