					<description>Thanks so much Frank!  Just entering the beginning of this new phase so my body is going to need to readjust.  I actually feel much better when eating in a more healthy manner, holiday mode starts to really wear on me.  I should feel back to myself within a couple of solid weeks.

					<description>Thanks Otto, I just got finished with my blighty breakfast, I had gotten up this morning and ran off to the gym and did an intense 20 min.  So now I'm sipping on some coffee and trying to decide if I shall go ahead off to the gym and do my leg workout, I believe I am to get my measurements done at Xsport at 1pm, I'm curious to see what she gets, I will probably update my measurments once the trainer does them there.</description>

					<description>Hello 90, I don't follow a program designed by this site.  I work with a trainer that is actually overseas.  He has designed my program and tweaks it according to my results and what we want to acheive.  He is excellent he does do programs over the internet if you ever want his information I'd be glad to pass it along to you.  He's very knowledgable, much more so than anyone I have met before and growing up in the martial arts I have dealt with a good deal of people in the fitness industry.  He is the real deal.  Also I like his common sense approach.  He also designed the eating plan I am working with right now.  So far so good, so he helps me stay on track.  

I think I will need to post some new pics soon too.  You look like you have some decent ab definition already, that is awesome.  Keep it up!</description>
