Starting again - 12 week challenge
Been very busy past few weeks. Traveled, ate and drank, and best of all, got engaged to the man I adore most in this world. Life is good. Now the way to make it better is to move forward feeling my best so while I am preparing my home for sale and myself for marriage I shall work my body into the best shape it has been in since college or perhaps since my swimming/cheerleading days. (that was a long time ago)
I am going to use a diet plan created by Jay Robb, a natural body builder. I had used his original plan about 12 years ago and had great results but I didn’t have the support system or total knowledge base I have now. I am going to be using his updated version and applying it to my life. If it is working I intend to use it for a lifetime as it uses whole foods and appears very balanced and healthy.
The next few weeks I should be seeing the results, now it’s time to put the claims to test.

Thanks so much Frank! Just entering the beginning of this new phase so my body is going to need to readjust. I actually feel much better when eating in a more healthy manner, holiday mode starts to really wear on me. I should feel back to myself within a couple of solid weeks.
