Starting again - 12 week challenge
Monday, September 28th, 2009Been very busy past few weeks. Traveled, ate and drank, and best of all, got engaged to the man I adore most in this world. Life is good. Now the way to make it better is to move forward feeling my best so while I am preparing my home for sale and myself for marriage I shall work my body into the best shape it has been in since college or perhaps since my swimming/cheerleading days. (that was a long time ago)
I am going to use a diet plan created by Jay Robb, a natural body builder. I had used his original plan about 12 years ago and had great results but I didn’t have the support system or total knowledge base I have now. I am going to be using his updated version and applying it to my life. If it is working I intend to use it for a lifetime as it uses whole foods and appears very balanced and healthy.
The next few weeks I should be seeing the results, now it’s time to put the claims to test.
