Day 3 week 1 of 12, carb load/dead lift day
Got up to 170# on deadlifts, did 20 min cardio after, felt too exhausted to do more, carb loaded after. Been just an hour and I am already hungry. Been following "The Fat burning Diet". I am feeling the bloat subside and I’m back in the flow. I’m not sure I’ve every sweated as much as I did with those deadlifts, I was drenched. Now I think I shall move off to bed. So glad to have those deadlifts done, but yet I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can get with these. How strong am I?
