Beginning 12 week challenge - day 1 week 1
So hungry at the end of day one of this 12 week challenge. I have some adjusting to do coming off a wonderful vacation. I didn’t do too bad on vacation but larger portions than I do when working hard so my stomach needs to get used to the smaller portions again. Did first workout for the new challenge and it went well. I hope to make a big difference by the end of this 12. I may even do the body for life challenge after the beginning of the year, especially if I do well on this challenge. It would put me in a good place physically to attempt that and make some awesome progress.
