Nearing end of 1st week of 12

Tough week.  Just difficult when I get to work due to all the temptations and difficulty being able to eat when I need to and having to take the time to prepare it all before work.  I’ve never been good at that.  But I have lost 3 pounds in this first week so I am ahead of the game.  And shooting for that target.  Hey only 11 more weeks to go, look how fast that moves.  I will want to do my workout tomorrow, but my worry is I’ll be too exhausted after working my 3 overnights.  But I will shoot for it anyhow.

Day 3 week 1 of 12, carb load/dead lift day

Got up to 170# on deadlifts, did 20 min cardio after, felt too exhausted to do more, carb loaded after.  Been just an hour and I am already hungry.  Been following "The Fat burning Diet".  I am feeling the bloat subside and I’m back in the flow.  I’m not sure I’ve every sweated as much as I did with those deadlifts, I was drenched.  Now I think I shall move off to bed.  So glad to have those deadlifts done, but yet I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can get with these.  How strong am I?

Beginning 12 week challenge - day 1 week 1

So hungry at the end of day one of this 12 week challenge.  I have some adjusting to do coming off a wonderful vacation.  I didn’t do too bad on vacation but larger portions than I do when working hard so my stomach needs to get used to the smaller portions again.  Did first workout for the new challenge and it went well.  I hope to make a big difference by the end of this 12.  I may even do the body for life challenge after the beginning of the year, especially if I do well on this challenge.  It would put me in a good place physically to attempt that and make some awesome progress.
