Into week 3
Ok, just beginning week 3B, I’m not satisfied with my progress so far, glad I’ve made some, but I need to get under 210 and pronto, getting under 200 is a huge mission for me, and a milestone I want to put behind me. So I must stay focused. My cardio has been great. I woke up sore from my weights and cardio yesterday, I was hoping for an oncall tonight so I could do another workout in the morning. But I did do 45min of cardio today on the arc. My ass is feeling very tight and my thighs are feeling very hard right now. Just want to see more movement on the scale. I’ll just have to keep on working.
