Beginning week 2
Well I’m off to a slow start, just lost a very little but it was my fluid retention time, so I’m not letting it get me down, I expect to make some major progress by next week.
My cardio has been excellent and my weights are going well. Just need to keep pushing. I’m feeling the progress.
