Into week 1 of 2nd in series
It’s been a tough week, had a terrible misunderstanding with one of my most wonderful of friends, it was difficult to keep focus. I’d say it caused a bumby start. But we’ve made amends and I have gotten back into the groove. I have much I want to accomplish by my birthday so I must be dedicated. Just got done with my upperbody workout and I now think I understand what Otto means when he says his arms are "pumped", My arms are still to loaded with fat to be able to visualize it, but I can feel it. They feel enormous right now. Did 30 min of cardio before breakfast then 40 min more after my weight training. I can’t believe how much I enjoy sweating now, and all the crazy heavy breathing, it’s such a release! But now I feel ravenous, had my recovery drink, but I feel like I could eat a whole cow right now. So hungry. I will wait a little longer and have some chicken and veggies I believe.
