Into 6th week
After doing a lower body and an upper body workout this week I am so sore. Continuing to push the cardio. Eating great. Hoping somehow to burn off 3.5 more pounds before Monday, but I know that is pushing it, but the closer to 215 the better. Feeling great though. Having a great time reaching these goals. My birthday is around the corner, and it’ll be perfect as long as my darling love spends it with me. He lives so very far away so I will be possibly 30 pounds lighter than when he saw me last, that’s pretty cool, wonder if he’ll be able to tell?
