					<description>Hang in there, you can do it! :) Thank you very much for your advice and encouragement on my blog post earlier today. I just have to remind myself not to spaz out, and to listen to my body. It is happier and healthier... I am so glad to be eager for the workout now, and take a bit of intensity. :) (I got up to 4.0 on the treadmill yesterday, and it didn't kill me! LMAO That's a good thing!! LOL)

					<description>Yep, I strained a chest muscle, and it's really affected my upper body workouts.  I know that I should probably stop before I do major damage so I took 2 days off.  Getting antsy but I know I need to get me right b/f I do upper body too soon.  Like you say, **** happens but you just gotta work around it and keep moving forwrd.  Good luck girl!</description>

					<description>I hear you.  I have an arm injury that has already set me back 6 weeks and looks like it may be closer to 12 weeks.  Oh well as you say $@#% happens and its not going to kill me.  You have done some great work on your legs and have a great base so I suspect it won't take much to make up for that 8 weeks.</description>
