lifting this week has been good so far, I’ve made some personal bests and am psyched cuz I may actually hit some of the goals I set for myself almost 2 yrs ago!
PB’s:
finally did 10 pullups (unassited of course) want to be able to do with added wt.
single arm db bent over row: 70#db did 3 sets of 7
dips + 35#plate did 2sets of 7 (goal is to do w/ 45#plate)
db overhead extensions: 60#db-3 sets of 7
preacher curls: 90# 2sets of 6 (goal is to do 100#)
hopefully I’ll get somemore PB’s by weeks end
