That Yoga class was just what I needed to get a nice deep stretch and open up my heart, my joints, my hips and my legs... Thank you!
Stopping home to eat a bite of high protein cereal and cashew and cook TONIGHT'S chicken (that is, I'm not going to just eat everything in sight all at once cos it's GOOD FOR ME ha!) While well-intended, my gf is just like, why do you want to lose weight? you dont need to! You're perfect, you're muscular, not overweight etc.... so... I need to learn to just accept the compliment graciously and leave it at that... instead of arguing about where I really want my body to be. no one wins, and you never know how may have a serious weight or body image issue who may overhear and then I'd just be feeding someone else's issues, when I can really just say, aww, thank you! You're sweet.
