Caught the bug from work seems to be going around its a 72 hour bug consisting of upset/ibs vomiting and body aches docs office is just prescribing bed rest phenegran (sleeping med like dramamine and tylenol pm in one) and to hydrate. I experienced dizziness with mine. Just a heads up everybody.

Apps for Ipod touch & Iphones

So I was increadably bored last night and after reaching the end of the internet (yeah btw it will redirect you to midget porn) I figured i could mess around on itunes store and update my ipod music blahblahblah. Found a grip of free applicatons you can use on both devices you just have to upload them. Key word to this whole thing was FREE. I’m a cheapskate and if I can get away with the same thing with out paying for a name I will. I know seems a bit off since I got a ipod touch but hey atleast i didnt sell my soul for the phone. Anyways I found some great fitness trackers on there that come with videos and such a actual work out guide for execises that does it with you and different calorie, carb counters includeing the web app for livestrong.com which is the site I posted about yesterday. Total fluke that I found it but hey I’m not complaining. A few of the applications need wi-fi (if you just have the ipod like me, iphones your covered) to update and pull info for you but now adays all you have to do is go near a starbucks or other major retail coffee and book place and they have free access so does what-a-burger (not going into detail how I know this).  I spend alot of time bored out of my mind and my ipod is the only thing to keep me sane so this is a great thing for me or anybody who finds themselves with free time on their hands and limited options of things to do.

Was bouncing around online looking up a alternative for cottage cheese as a snack and found www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate its a free site and super easy to use. Has references to restaurants and everyday foods you might take in plus the capability to add new ones to the directory. The big thing that got me was seeing the activity tracker. This had me laughing. No lie you can tack and log everything from sex to taking a shower to driving your car into work how many calories are burned. It will calculate them all for you and you can see if your burning more calories than your taking in or burning less than you should. My favorite part is being able to see the ratio of fats, carbs, adn proteins I take in. For some reason pie charts are alot simpler to understand at a glance than a long list of numbers and lil letters next to them. But yeah i found my new favorite site between bb.com and this new one I am never going to get any work done.

I am totally in awe of myself right about now. Its o’dark thirty here in Pensacola and me on nights create some interesting situations. Like how on a friday night I’m at my house watching the Bob Saget roast and I’m uploading computer programs? WTF is up with that?! Last year that would not of happened. But wait it gets better. I actually was feeling guilty for putting ranch dressing on my salad I was about to eat. Then it dawned on me. I’m feeling bad about eatting ranch? I’m feeling bad about taking in dairey? But the clencher I’m thinking all this through ona friday night/saturday morning as I’m loading computer programs to my other computer. Is life really this lame when you live it healthy? I dont really miss the sodas I used to consume. I dont miss the tons of chips I used to eat or the massive amounts of pasta I used to suck down. But I have no social life now. My first thoughts are always how not to ruin my dailey intake when I go out to eat and actually get anxious to get in the gym. Help please some body I’m feeling completly twisted with this!

I’M A MACHINE!!!YEAHYEAH HU HU !!!! (My war cry last night in the gym) Totally kicking ass in the gym I think the time I took off really was a major benifit for me. Seemed I was chomping at the bit to get in there and have some ‘me’ time. YEah I know usually for a gal its in the salon or with a wonderful piece of plastic at the mall but with my new me outlook I am looking to change the non-essential stuff and become a bit more ……simple. Yes I still get my nails and toes done I still get my hair done. But makeup and clothing is becoming more base lined. Time sitting on my ass is getting to be less and less doing more to be outside even if its just doing retarded stuff with my camera. I’m totally feeling pumped and energized since I started this mito and have been amping up my gym time. Last nite was a bit crazy compared to usual since I was alone I had no fear of scaring anybody with my energy………….Ran two miles and did stairs (seven flights down and back up) then hit the epliptical machine for two more miles then hit the stairs again (seven flights down) to head home. Once I got home I hit the P90x and busted that out with some real intensity. Around 2 a.m. I sat down on my bed to check my mail and woke up there (computer still in lap) around 11 a.m.  so maybe I went a little to far but I felt so damn good crackheads should hit the gym its a much better high.

Well I’m on Day 4 now. I slacked off yesterday and didnt do my workout with the P90x routine since I was away from my house at at my friends place. Not a complete waste though did work out since they have a weight set and did my crunchs and pushups and messed with the chin up bar for a bit you can check the workout tracker for the full details. Food I’m holding steady on I did a bit of pregaming since I knew I wouldnt be at my place with all my stuff so I packed my suppliments and some meal bars my powder and have been drinking alot of water. Feeling great no weird pains or funny reactions. Just business as usual. I will take more pics this next week and post my new weights and measurements.

Day 1

Well today was day 1 of the P90x and mitotropin. Decided to play it safe and go with something easy for my firt day of P90x. So I did yoga. Okay I have never known a exercise I started to fall asleep doing unless it was homework exercises. Its deffinitly ment for a down day that much I can rely on. As for the mito no weird or funky reactions didnt get shaky or get those jacked up reflux burps so you can taste the product. However the size did shock me a bit. After the first  batch at breakfast I decided it would be easier to just grind them up add it to some juice and chug the bad boys. Worked great so I went out and bought the seperate stackable pill organizer from walmart for about four bucks. Makes the powder pill way easy to just dump in my drink and take down. V-8 Fusion was the drink of choice btw if anybody wants to try it. Tried it with a coffee grinder also just to see and it took a bit longer but was just as efficient. And a bit easier to handle.

new pics and new me!

Well tomarrow is the big day I am going to begin my P90x and start the Mitotropin from Gaspari Nutrition. I’m nervous and excited at the same time and just overall just a lil freaked out about trying all this and being public about how I do. Had a couple of friends tell me I should do my pics in my skivies since they are as close as possible to my body and still not so revealing. Sorry to say though there arent any back shots with this set since the panties I had on makes my ass look like its flossing with them. Going to take the rest in boyshorts from now on. Every guy who checks out the pics better feel damn lucky your getting to see me in my bra and panties and I didnt even get dinner out of the deal! Wish me luck tomarrow is the beginning of a new me.

wow food is going to be different

Wow so yeah I’m looking at the P90x info about food and for stage 1 (fat shreader) I’m a level 2.  This level was determined by my weight x 10 = daily cal. intake x 20% = daily burn + cal intake + 600 = energy amount. Not to sure how I feel about this. A bit conflicted at this point with out a doubt.

Now they have a chart to also show how much of each group you need to consume each day. This part of the program is about eating so I’m pretty cool with the amount I am going to be taking in lord only knows how much I really love eating. Per day I have to take in 7 proteins, 3 dairy, 1 fruit, 4 veggies, 1 fat, 1 carb, 2 condiments, a double snack (200 cal) a snack bar and a ’snack’drink. I’m looking at a 2400 cal intake a day which thows me off a bit since the original exercise i did said I was suppost to be taking in 1780 cals a day but then I remembered this part is all about eatting so yeah problem solved.

I’m going to be taking casein protein and whey protein on this program so I see three proteins knocked out right there and my three dairys also. (I love it with milk!) I can still eat my scrambled egg whites with my turkey sausage everyday. Have a lil pasta at work mid shift so I can keep it rolling with that nice chunky veggie sauce I’m into. I would really love to have a few more veggies and fruits but I can make up for what i feel im missing out on with my snacks which means I can still do my celery and pb! yeah!

Now this thing actually comes with recipes and such but I dont see me really following those since I’m not exactly a cooking type of girl if its just for me and I hate having to store leftovers. Seriously most of my fridge is drinks, fruits, and veggies. The only storage containers are the pb or condiments.

All together though this is suppost to help boost my metabolism and get to dropping fat quick. My results are going to be a bit different  though since I will be on mititropin. Which if you read up on it I’m going to be doing double time on the boost and drop. But yeah I will be keeping a food log and am going to doing weigh and taping everyweek pics every two weeks so we shall see how this works out. I’m going to include how I feel physically also since its such a change in my regular eatting habits and work out routine. If anyone has a request for me to include let me know and I will try to accomidate.

Three days till my transformation begins wish me luck!
