So I actually did it!
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008I finally buckled down and bought some weight training stuff for me to use here at home. Getting adjustable 3-24lbs per dumbbell set. A three in one chin up bar that braces against the door frame so i dont have to drill holes and put it up funky (I cant draw a straight line so it was a legitimate concern for me). And I’m taking the plunge and purchased the P90x program. A couple guys at work are started on it and they had some serious results so far and its only been two weeks. Ordered some supplements also so I’m going to start the Mitotropin routine from Gaspari. And I’m going to be doing the whey protein and casein protein. A bit scared about starting up with all this but figure its more cause I have never tried it before and have no clue what the hell I am getting into. Anybody with any extra tips or advice would be appreciated right about now.
