Well I have been on my duff now for a lil over 6 weeks now and am finally getting somewhere respectable with my therapy. I started doing squats and leg presses this week. They also have me doing some different calf exercises and lots of stretching with bands. I’m starting to see some real progress in a good way. Week after next I go to be reassessed as to when I can go full swing again.

SO I have been back in the game for a few weeks now dropping and slimming and starting to look super fine again……then I get hurt.This time it was class act style I was moving some barricades for the prt run yesterday morning and the barricade was clipped by a car. I ended up twisting my knee and about 6 hours later found myself in the ER with a MCL injury. Doc has me on crutchs and a brace I go back in tomorrow to check up on everything and make sure I dont have anything more serious going on. So till I know whats up its couch time and sleeping with my friend Loritab.

Well work is finally catching up to me and I’m having a rough time balancing my full time job, part time job, training in the gym, and my upcoming move. Finally ran out of enough hours in the day to do it all like I thought I could. I have been pushing myself to the point I managed to function on just a couple hours of sleep and its taking its toll. So as a result I am readjusting my schedule and lifestyle till I am moved and can recommit myself to doing what I need to be doing.
-Luckily the new place is closer to my gym.
-This move is coming at the same time I am swapping shifts. So instead of working 16 hour days like I am now I will be working a max of 12 hour days after the 5th.
-I can finally go back to sleeping through the night like most normal people do instead of being up at all sorts of crazy hours like I am now.
I should have everything back online in the next couple weeks I just gotta get my move and new schedule out of the way and then I really think I should be back in the swing of things no problem like. I’m going to keep to my food schedule since I will still be pushing myself physically and I would hate to start it all over from scratch. The temptation of burgers and fries have been hard to resist as I go running around all over. All I can keep reminding myself of is all the hard work I have put in up to now.

Oh dear god what am I doing!? I am running around like nuts. Pulled a 16 hour day wednesday doing my training for my potential job conversion and working my shift. Went straight from work to the range was there for about four hours (20 hours up at this point) went home and slept a couple hours. Was up again around 5pm couldnt go back to sleep so I did some cleaning around the house hit the gym and was at work at 11pm. Got off shift at about 6 am and went to the gym at work. Showered and was at legal around 9 am. Didnt leave till 4pm and was knocked out as soon as I was out of my skirt and had started a load of wash. Woke up at almost 9 pm. Is it just me or am I not getting enough sleep? I feel totally refreshed but I’m wondering if maybe its just cause I’m so loaded with stuff to do I havent really taken a break.

Okay so this is my new rant. I’m going to use
French intermittently to expresses my choice words on how I feel about
this.
Time for you to pull out your French English dictionary its
learning time.
I am so sick and tired of all the "catins" running around on this site
posting pics of them naked and exposed. Great, wonderful, fabulous you
are skinny and look good we don’t need to see you in a "putain de" thong
or "tout nu" on this site! Take your "pute trou du cul" to one of the
other "putain’ sites out there on the internet and let those who are
actually interested in that "merde" find it there. Do you have any idea
how often I get messages from sick "connards" on the site who are
telling me to take off more in my pics or asking me to privately send
them nudie shots! I totally and completely blame dumb "putain de
salopes" like you for "abrutis" like this. For them to believe this site
is a acceptable place to throw out propositions like that as though its
acceptable.
Thats my beef.

so its been a few days since I got over step. Hit the gym tonight and went to town with my arms routine after I was on the treadmill working myself up for a bit. Feeling really great after that nice cool shower once it was all over. I’m definitely loving how my body feels after a workout. Its the greatest feeling I am actually really diggin how my body is still changing every time I see myself in the mirror.

okay so in my last blog I wrote less than 12 hours ago I had been sent home with a temp of 101.3 and a viral infection. Went to follow up with my doc today he agreed with the E.R. but to be safe he did a strep culture test……………………………found out Im positive. Still cant swallow so liquid intake is minimal food is not happening at all, and of course I cant go workout so its the ab ball and light weights the next few days. fun fun fun

Well found out tonight I have a viral infection was running a temp of 101.3 and couldn’t swallow. Thus I wasn’t eating or drinking as much. Ended up with me seeing the E.R. nurses who tapped me with a iv of antibiotics and fluids. Couldn’t figure out why I wasnt reaching my same level of focus in the gym now I know why. New pics will be at the end of the month hopefully this doesnt set me back to much. I’m in pain trying ot swallow soup so I dont see to many rice cakes, apples or anything really solid in my future…..

SO today has had a few new things happen for me. I spent just shy of $200 on food and non of it was junk food. Sticking with Stevep78’s program is going to be a interesting venture…………..I tried on a pair of size 9 jeans today…. and they totally fitted so I had to purchase them. Really happy about that I haven’t worn a 9 in like 6 years…….. oh and the last bit. I took a power drill to my brown leather belt and drilled a new hole into it so that it fitted me! Never thought I would consider purchasing a power drill of my own just to adjust my belts. Luckily it was my housemates power tool but yeah. He was slightly amazed with me as I took a $70 Italian leather belt I bought in Italy and defiled it with a power tool.
I start Steve’s fat destruction plan tomarrow and the fitness routine then also. Stay with me for all the pics to come!!!

Just found out I am deploying in August to Afghanistan for roughly six months. Including training time its going to be about 9 months I will be gone. I have no idea about the facilities there or what this is going to do to my weight loss goals. I’m still slowly dropping a pound or so every couple of days( just remembered I need to take new pics). But yeah back to main point anybody with info on that particular A.O.R. please let me know I am trying to grasp a idea of what to expect.
