Reality check
it’s about time to face reality and think more like a scientist. I joined Calorie Count website. it’s so awesome, it’s free! And I realize how many things that I have not paied attention to contain so much calories, sugar and fat!
like Soy latte from Starbucks can go 170 cal!!!!
and bagels from DD can be 400 cal!!
When I was studying to go to grad school I hang out at starbucks everyday and drink + eat….I gained like 10 lbs after the whole process….damn!!! I must have been adding like 700-800 calories to my diet without paying any attention to it and only see myself got fat!!!!

I am going to try to stick to 1300 cal to under 1500 so I can reach my goal weight. What the hell. There’s a lot high calory food!! Damn it!!!!!!

It sure does add up fast. I still use calorieking every day and I enter ALL the food I eat even when I cheat because it keeps you honest with yourself. Alot of people don’t even realize how much sugar is in milk! It all adds up and it always catches up with you.

I once drank from Starbuck and hated it. Anyway I am not coffee person.
But there shakes and cream is like ice no tast and suddenly there is so much creamy thing mixed with it.
