Things are going great!!
Friday, February 27th, 2009the last week or so i have really been pushing myself. I have been eating alot better andi put in about 10 pounds. Its really not sloppy weight and my body fat didnt go up at all so. Today im thinking about putting in a squat workout. I usally do squats on a day that i dont do anything, the main reason so i can push myself til i cant walk.. lol Beside that i doing great havent touched a cigg in 3 weeks, it will be a month monday. Im just praying to God that i can stick with it this time..
