the last week or so i have really been pushing myself. I have been eating alot better andi put in about 10 pounds. Its really not sloppy weight and my body fat didnt go up at all so. Today im thinking about putting in a squat workout. I usally do squats on a day that i dont do anything, the main reason so i can push myself til i cant walk.. lol Beside that i doing great havent touched a cigg in 3 weeks, it will be a month monday. Im just praying to God that i can stick with it this time..

I wish i had a squat rack, Im dealing with what i have.. This morning i did squat 95lb set of 8 then i add 10 pounds did set of 8 and then again
10 pounds set of 8
.. Then i did box squat with 75lbs 5 sets of 20

This morning I can say I got some work in… I hit the punching bag 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest for 10 min.. then I did 20 sec on then 40 sec rest.. 30 pull ups. then went on the treadmill, incline for 20 min and then another 20 min flat at 3.2 mph.. I feel like im getting better progress with my workouts !!

well i thought that i was losing weight but in return i have gained 15 pounds in like a week an a half.. as i thought was in impossible, but i have.. could be many reasons why.we

im sad to say that i have given up on my diet and ill continue to eat junk food or whatever i want.. i just cant control my urges of junk food since i quit smoking ciggs(two weeks and counting).. i will continue to workout and try to be as active as possible… but as far as the diet i doubt it!!!

well once again my diet goes nuts…
breakfast- coffee and bagel
snack- protein shake 2 bananas
lunch -pasta and 3 chkicken cutlets
snack- 2 oatmeal snack things lol
diner- 2 chicken sandwichs 3 bags of sun chips out of the vending machine
snack- 2 more oatmeal bar things
snack- 2 granola bars
and yes i am on a fat loss quest!

well in the last week or so i have been doing alot more cardio.. interval sprint 30 sec all out run 30 sec walk.. i do that for about 10 min, by the time im done i dont even want to walk any more…then usually ill hit the punching bag for about 10-15 min…I do this 3 times a week and on odd days i do incline treadmill,

it just seems like everything happens at once… i got alot of things going on at work personal life ect… i like things to be smooth sailing no drama nothing and it just seems like other people dont realize that.. today i was runnung and it was great felt like i was getting everything out you know i felt amazing when i was done… and then a few hours later the stress and everything is right back to were it was.. it just seems like they dont know when to give up… i know i have.. i just want to eat healthy exercise and live my life..

I did a total body today, i have been really busy at work so im trying to get alot done in a short time cause i dont know if i would beable to lift the rest of the week…. due to work and stuff.. beat!! well i did shoulder presses and reverse presses, curls,rows, squats, stiff leg, dead lift, front raises, push ups and pulls, cardio i did the treadmill and hit the heavy bag… i went a little lite on the weight i dont want to over train so we will see… i have to post new progress pix soon… one of these days
