Today
Friday, November 30th, 2007Well, today was a kick ass workout. I didn’t want to get up but I forced myself out of bed at 4:45 .. went downstairs and turned on the coffee .. fell asleep on the couch while waiting for it to brew and got woken up by the alarm saying it was done. Drank it all up, went to the basement and cranked up the tunes .. bruce S today. Began my leg workout which I was expecting to be crap. But much to my surprise …. it went like this ….
Leg Extension warm-up
25 x70 x 2
Squats - after several warm up sets
20 x 245, 20 x 245 - second set was lots of rest / pause after rep 10
DB SL’s
16 x 60, 15 x 60 - up in reps from last week
Sissy squats superset w/ DB Lunges
20 x bw 20 x 20
Leg extensions finisher
27,10,7,6 x 110 <– rest pause to 50 reps, 25 x 70
10 minutes on the bike
25 burpees - no rest
Great workout .. hit em good today and was pleasantly surprised.
