positive influence
In october of 2009 i have gotton my family to agree that everyone is going on a diet and starting to eat better. i really sujested it for my mother and farther, they are getting older now and it is even more important for them to get with the program. my dad lifts about 3 days a week but his diet is really bad, he loves soda, my mom on the other had doesn’t do any exercise ( she is my really big challenge). when i started talking about the oct challenge even my sister in-law and brother wanted in, so i am very happy and looking foward to trying to make my family healthier. i already started with my girlfriend about 2 months ago and she is starting to see some of the benifits of workingout, i even saw her flexing in the mirror( i couldn’t stop laughing) wish me luck
