to make a long story short, i was talking to my dad ( who still lifts) about how my shoulder is coming along and he told me it sounds like u a going to easy on your shoulder it should be fine by now, so while i was at the gym that afternoon ( chest day) i went heavier on dumbells, and i had shoulder pain, alot of it. that was sunday, my shoulder feels fine now but i was very scared at first, i would hate to re- injury it and have to sit on the sidelines again. yesterday i didn’t lift because my gym is under construction ( that’s another story for a another time) but i am back today with my back routine. hopefully everything goes well, but i learned listen to your body and not to other people
