the pump
since coming back from my shoulder injury i have been using light weights just to get back into the swing of things, but i have to say the flow of blood i am getting to my muscles feels great. i have been doing light weight and really concentrating on form, today i did bi s/tri s and i feel like i have bricks on my arms they are so heavy right now. i am starting to get mentally comfortable with working out with my shoulder and am seeing progress which is always motavating. take care

I know exactly where u are, just now starting to push it on the weight now. I really gained a lot of strength doing exactly what u are doing for a year or so, even broke all my old strength records! Just take it easy, enjoy the pump, and the strength and size will come without even noticing it.
