My last doctors visit for my shoulder was on monday, he says everything is doing great and what activities would i like to go back to doing, that is just what i needed to hear. the doc just told me to start slow and get my strength back , he also told me to aviod doing shoulder presses and incline bench which i am alittle dissipionted about but i am going to workout and listen to my body and as long as i feel comfortable it will be a go. i haven’t lifted a weight since Aug 2008 because of my shoulder and now i am finally back, starting slow but slow is better then nothing.
