cardio and legs
since i can’t lift anything or hold anything to heavy with my shoulder injury i am living on cardio machines and working out legs. today i did the leg press, lounges, calfraises on the leg press machine and some hamstring work. after that i went on the treadmill and did a 30 min jog, by the end of the jog lifting my legs felt like lifting up bricks everytime i moved. i feel better by just being able to go to the gym and doing as much as i can because of the injury. hope everyone is doing good out there and keep working hard.
